The DOS version of Kermit has VT100 and Tek 4014, but is not a native
Windows program, and will not be able to access any Windows-specific
resources such as long filenames, Winsock, etc:

Kermit 95 is a native 32-bit Windows program, and has numerous text terminal
emulations, including VT100, but not Tektronix:

We'll be adding Tektronix emulation to it soon.
